GAMA Expo - Let’s Connect in Louisville
Find me at booth 1352 and come say hi
Hey ,
GAMA Expo kicks off this Sunday and I’m looking forward to seeing a lot of you there.
If you’ll be in Louisville, come find me at Booth 1352. I’ll be hanging out with the SortSwift crew all week.
Whether you want to talk marketing, ecommerce, events, automation, or just swap store stories, I’d love to connect. If you want to lock in dedicated time during the expo, grab a slot here:
Expos get busy fast. If growing online sales, improving email performance, dialing in your Shopify store, or building better event systems is on your radar for 2026, let’s sit down and map it out.
See you at Booth 1352.
Tom

That “little” booth at the edge of the sea of exhibitors is us! Come by the fire exits to keep us company!
PS. I’ve been working on a super secret project that I’m going to be demoing at the booth during the Expo that I am very excited about. If you've ever struggled with showcasing your awesome events on your website and trying to get the event app to just DO WHAT YOU WANT and LOOK GREAT at the same time, then you know my pain.
Game stores run more events than almost any other retail category… and yet we’ve been stuck using generic tools built for yoga studios and wine tastings.
Over the last few years working with clients who run a huge number of events, I've always wondered why there wasn't something tailored specifically for tabletop game stores… well, now there is.
A true event engine.
Here’s what that means:
No per-event ticketing fees - paid online, pay-in-store, or free RSVP events
Beautiful, fully customizable calendars that actually match your brand
A smooth checkout experience that make’s it easy for customers to buy
Automated email reminders (with QR codes for check-in)
Built-in check-in tools so you control access at the door
Revenue and attendance analytics so you can see which formats, days, and tags actually drive sales
Facebook + Meetup integrations for automatic promotion
Shopify integration to tie tickets to product inventory (like prerelease kits)
Simple imports from existing calendars + easy Google exports
Powerful tagging and filtering so customers can find exactly what they want -by format, location, room, or series
And that’s just the beginning.
If you run multiple events per week, especially multiple per day, this was built with you in mind.
I’ll be doing live demos at the booth during the Expo.
If events are a core part of your business, you’ll want to see this.
